Our story
Redenim Crafts is the studio of a Somerset textile artist giving unwanted denim a second life, one hand-embroidered piece at a time.
The maker
Each jacket is individually decorated, treated much like a painter's canvas. Designs begin on paper and are converted into embroidery files, then machine stitched into reclaimed denim.
From there the work becomes freer: free-motion embroidery, hand stitching, vintage fabrics and mixed fibres layered until the piece feels finished. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is repeated exactly.
The purpose is simple. Make clothing that lasts, that means something to the person wearing it, and that quietly challenges the way fast fashion is made.
